Do your job involve dealing with a lots of dates? Such as contract expiration dates, permits, payment deadlines, guarantee expiry letters, or even the expiration of residency and work permits for employees in the institution, among other matters?
Do you find it exhausting to track these dates on a daily basis and fear that you might overlook monitoring the status of the Log ?
Don't worry... Here is the solution for you.

Mechanic DB Ver 1.0 has been programmed to track Working orders in project workshops. The working orders form has been integrated into the Excel environment and the user interface has been programmed to fill out reports smoothly.
Through the program, the user can (create new working orders or modify a previous order),
The database is designed to work on several devices on the network at the same time ( Shared ) , and all incoming scenarios have been programmed to ensure that the same Working Order Number is not repeated.
Database outputs:
1. Printing, whether on paper or PDF files
2. A log file contains all the working order data to perform any data analysis work on it later.

Roads Database Platform One of the strongest projects I have worked on, if not the strongest ever, Roads Database Platform It is an integrated project management system, specializing in road construction projects.
The database was built in the Excel environment with a user interface using the VBA programming language, The database was divided into several parts:
1. Entry Interface:
Dedicated to entering daily work reports [ (basic data: “day, date, shift, road name, contractor, weather condition”), activities performed, equipment (whether owned or rented), Manpower, RFI delivery requests, laboratory tests, material withdrawals , Drilling and blasting works, surveying works ]
This interface also allows editing of previous reports by searching through several criteria.
This interface has been linked to the RFI follow-up Log file, as well as to the laboratory follow-up Log file.
It is also possible to include an image to the report for printed copies, whether on paper or PDF ,
2. Viewer:
Through this window, you can search and review previously saved daily reports. The search is done using several criteria , such as the date, the author of the report, the road name , or the name of the contractor.
3. Monthly Reports:
Through this window, all parts of the database and saved data are integrated so that all required data is displayed according to the time period specified by the user , you can browse this reports (diesel withdrawals, Material withdrawals, Drilling and Blasting quantities, Equipment time sheet, Manpower , Executed Work statement , Cost Report (Password Protected)
All data extracted from the monthly reports can be printed for easy data sharing on paper or PDF .
4. Dash board
The saved data are integrated using a proper Data Modeling with Power BI to create a dashboard to analyze all the data recorded and monitored in the database, to identify works trends, identify strengths and weaknesses, and predict problems by analyzing trends, to help make the necessary decisions at the right time.
The database supports work on multiple devices in the network simultaneously, and all incoming scenarios are programmed to avoid any problems while saving or recalling data.

In today's increasingly data-dependent world, data accuracy plays a crucial role in decision-making. Whether you manage a small business or work in a large organization, accurate and reliable data is the foundation for making informed decisions to achieve desired outcomes.
But how can we ensure accurate data entry? And how can Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) make this task easier and more efficient?
Imagine building a house where every brick must be placed precisely to ensure the structure's stability. The same principle applies to data. If the data entered is full of errors or inaccurate, all analyses and decisions based on that data will be prone to error. Inaccurate data can lead to incorrect conclusions, negatively impacting decisions and performance.
Since the first step in data analysis is obtaining clean, error-free, highly accurate, and reliable data, this is where VBA comes .
But first, what is Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)?
VBA is a programming language embedded in the Microsoft Office suite that allows users to automate tasks and develop custom applications within programs like Excel, Word, and Access. It enables the creation of custom user interfaces, data validation, facilitates repetitive data entry, and automates routine processes. VBA can also integrate data from multiple sources and transform it for comprehensive analysis. This enhances data accuracy and operational efficiency, supporting informed decision-making and improving overall business performance.
Imagine having a magical tool that makes data entry not only easier but also more accurate. This is the real power of VBA.
Investing in a robust and accurate data entry system is not just a smart decision but an investment in your future success.
By using VBA applications, you can improve the data entry experience, ensure its accuracy, and reduce errors.
Let me share with you one of my latest applications designed to monitor fuel consumption for equipment on-site. This application not only collects data accurately but also links it to interactive dashboards, providing comprehensive and easy-to-understand fuel consumption analysis. Imagine how this integrated solution can enhance operational efficiency and help you make well-informed, data-driven decisions.

As Part of Final Evaluation of completion of the Data Analysis Preparation Program (DAPP), a 65-hour intensive training course organized by the Google Developer Student Club | UJ and the Data Science club UJ at the University of Jeddah. This program has been instrumental in sharpening my data analysis skills, providing me with hands-on experience and valuable insights from leading experts.
During the program, I participated in a variety of workshops that focused on:
- Statistics and Probability
- Excel
- SQL
- Data Analysis with Python
- Data Visualization and Reporting with Power BI
- Data Modeling and Machine Learning
- Communication and Presentation Skills for Data Analysts
